YouthBuild Program
Garfield Jubillee, Information Technology, VL792128, Youth Build Program
Provides high-risk youth the opportunity to earn marketable credentials, engage in further education, and secure employment to achieve economic success. Youth can enroll into the program even if they have not finished high school or obtained a GED/high school diploma.
Serves adolescents from age 16 to 24 who are residents of Allegheny County.
Income guidelines apply. Must score at least a sixth-grade reading level on the TABE test
