Community Services Group - Chariots Foster Care - LancasterProvides a safe, nurturing environment for children and families in need of out-of-home foster care placements. Children ranging from infants to age 21 are offered intensive and comprehensive care that meets their individual needs and provides support to the child, natural family and foster family. Children in Individualized Foster Care program are in the custody of Children and Youth services and may have medical, behavioral, and/or independent living skill needs. Children receive individualized treatment and are taught how to increase pro-social behaviors and decrease negative behaviors through behavior modification techniques.
