    Penndel Mental Health Center - Behavioral Health Assessment ServicesBehavioral Health Assesment Services offers an Acute Stabilization counseling providing brief, time-limited therapy and counseling to identified, at-risk clients. In addition, the Acute Stabilization Counselor works with existing clinical and case management staff to promote stabilization. Clients must undergo an intake and liabilty assessment conducted by a Mental Health Professional (clinician) and a fiscal clerk. The intake staff is available to act as an information and referral source to members of the community regarding mental health services.     Pennsylvania National Guard - Resilience, Risk Reduction, & Suicide Prevention (R3SP) ProgramThe Pennsylvania National Guard's Resilience, Risk Reduction, & Suicide Prevention (R3SP) Program develops policy, conducts training and provides education on building resilience, mitigating stress and suicide prevention for the Service and Family members of the Pennsylvania Army National Guard. The program consists of three sections:
    • Suicide Prevention: The Suicide Prevention Program gives Soldiers the necessary skills to identify signs, symptoms, risk factors of suicide and the ability to successfully intervene. The program encourages Soldiers to be proactive in seeking assistance and strives to eliminate the stigma associated with behavioral health.     • Behavioral Health: The Behavioral Health Section provides evaluations/services from a licensed clinical social worker. All services are free of charge and are 100% confidential, except in situations of "duty to warn." Support is available 24/7. All Service members and their Family members are eligible for services to include psychological evaluations, referral, case management, and critical incident management.
