Adult Inpatient Psychiatric Program | Roxbury’s inpatient psychiatric program provides acute psychiatric stabilization, along with the capability and expertise to treat those who have co-occurring substance abuse needs. Our co-occurring disorder programming includes psychiatric stabilization, detoxification from any substance, 12-step programming, and referrals for additional treatment as needed. Addressing both substance abuse and mental health issues at the same time has proven to be therapeutically beneficial for our patients.

Beacon Light - Community Stabilization and Reintegration Unit | Increase independence in personal skills, home skills, community skills, and social skills, while managing challenging behaviors that result from the intellectual developmental disability or other mental health conditions.
The intent of the CSRU is to divert dually diagnosed adults from admissions to state hospitals, inpatient units, or state centers. Services include crisis management, individual therapy, and coordination and training with aftercare services.

InSTEP - Integrated Substance Use Treatment Program | The program consists of two levels of care for adults: Level 1 Outpatient and Level 2.1 Intensive Outpatient.
