    Montgomery County Senior Adult Activities Center (MONTCO SAAC) - Health, Fitness and Dance - AmblerOur health promotion programs regularly include: walking club, exercise, Prime Time Health, managing chronic conditions, health assessments, blood pressure monitoring . Opportunities vary by site but include activities such as Tai Chi, line dancing, yoga, and classes on healthy aging, coping with arthritis, avoiding heat stroke, and coping with aging. In Norristown we have Silver Sneakers. Ambler will have a new fitness center in July. Classes are designed to be fun and interactive. There are also health education programs that disease prevention, nutritional cooking, female health issues, male health issues, injury prevention and emotional well being.     North Hanover Mall PacesettersOffers a place for people to walk, developing their fitness. Monthly meeting provides informational and motivational speakers, as well as social opportunity during refreshments following the meeting. Other activities include: June picnic, holiday banquet, bus trips, card club, occasional mall projects/events.
