    Kennett Area Senior Center - Fitness and Wellness ClassesThe Kennett Area Senior Center offers numerous fitness and wellness classes.....something for everyone, including: AquaKendal Water exercise class at Kendal at Longwood fitness center held Fridays at 1:15pm (must be a KASC member to participate). We have a collaboration with Kendal at Longwood (retirement community) Fitness Center enabling us to utilize their indoor swimming pool for scheduled water exercise programs. Our program is held on Fridays at 1:15pm....for about a 45-minute instructed program. Requirements: You must have proof of KASC membership when signing in. Proper attire required (come few minutes early for class). The CDSM workshops are an evidence based prevention and health promotion program that addresses common issues faced by people with chronic conditions. The program includes six weekly classes for 2.5 hours per week. The class sizes are small: 10-16 people.
