Some individuals may need to pay for a portion of Options services, cost sharing is determined on a sliding fee scale. The PDA Over 60 Waiver Program provides long-term supportive services to qualified older persons who wish to remain in their home with supports. Qualified individuals must be 60 years of age or older, require a nursing facility level of care, and meet financial eligibility criteria.
