Arc of Chester County - Comprehensive Employment Services (CES)Comprehensive Employment Services (CES) provides services that help adults with disabilities find and keep the right job, as well as train companies to find, train and supervise people with disabilities. CES helps people with disabilities find paid employment and become productive members of the community by providing these services: pre-employment assessment and counseling; job seeking and placement services; hands-on and on-the-job training to meet employer needs; ongoing job coaching to ensure job retention; opportunities to learn and share experiences with other participants; transportation training and assistance with securing daily transportation; support with benefits information and referral to benefits counselors, and referrals to obtain proper work attire. Communities in Schools of Philadelphia - Start on SuccessStart on Success was launched in 1994 in response to the high unemployment and underemployment statistics among people with disabilities. Indochinese-American Council - Adult ProgramsThe Adult Basic Education and English as a Second Language (ESL) Programs provide adult education, ESL, citizenship, pre-employment skills training, and job placement for low-income adults, in collaboration with non-profit organizations all over the Philadelphia area. Philadelphia Opportunities Industrialization Center - Learning Opportunities CenterThe LOC uses an individualized, computer assisted, self-paced, open entry/exit instructional system to provide Adult Basic Education (ABE), General Education Diploma (GED) test preparation and prevocational training information. Warren-Forest Counties Economic Opportunity Council - Work ReadyAssists clients in transitioning to the EARN (Employment, Advancement, and Retention Network) Program.
