    PA Elks Home Service Project-Infant Development ProgramThe mission of the PA Elks Home Service Project is to support and promote the independence of individuals with developmental disabilities, by providing advocacy services in their home environment. An individual of any age who has a development disability is eligible to receive this service. Services are provided by a Registered Nurse and in the eligible persons home environment.
