    CPR, First Aid, Lifeguard and WSI TrainingLifeguard Training - American Red Cross Lifeguarding Program trains prospective guards with the skills and knowledge necessary to help patrons of the aquatic facilities. This program includes the lifeguard course with aquatic specific First Aid, CPR and AED training. The course includes a book and resuscitation mask. All students must be at least 15 years of age by last day of the course, no exceptions. Attendance at all classes is required for certification.     Mental Health First Aid TrainingSeveral members are nationally certified as Mental Health First Aid Trainers. They have been training people to be Mental Health First Aiders since early 2009. There are adult helping adult and adult helping youth MHFA 8 hour courses which teach participants a five-step plan to assess a situation, select and implement intervention, and secure appropriate care for the individual.
