    Be Proud Foundation- Client Accountability ProgramThe Client Accountability Program (CAP) is a community-based supervision program customized to meet the unique needs of the client. CAP serves Delaware County male and female clients, ages 12-19 that are clients of Children Youth Services(CYS) or at any stage of the Juvenile Court process including at-risk, informal adjustment, pre-adjudicatory and/or adjudicated. CAP may be used to help the youth correct their truancy issues, be released from detention, avoid residential placement, transition back into their community after placement, or to hold them accountable for probation violations. We will monitor and report student information as requested by the referring agency. We will complete an intake interview with the family, outline the services we will be providing, discuss Court/CYS requirements, and set the CAP expectations of both parent and child. Staff is available by phone 7 days a week. The referring agency will select the services they want us to provide from the following list: -Deal with everyday client issues -Competency Development (anger management, victim awareness, decision making) -Job search assistance -Client transportation assistance -Direct contact 3 to 4 days per week, depending on need. -School attendance/behavioral checks -Work with client and family to meet identified goals -Family meetings -Curfew checks -Assistance with applying for medical benefits -Arranging for community service -School district registration assistance -Monitor progress to ensure clients follows Family Plan and/or Court ordered services -Referrals to other needed services available in the community -Notification of client failure to make appointments and/or attend school -Attend Court hearings and prepare requested Court reports -Prepare and transmit weekly child’s performance reports -Behavioral program Consequences for negative behavior such as additional community service or earlier curfew with random checks AND/OR -GPS electronic monitoring, set up, reports, and alerts 24 hours a day, seven days a week -Notification of GPS violations via email and/or after hours supervisor -Follow up on GPS violations -Attend Court hearings -Client transportation from detention to home, if necessary to set up GPS monitoring. -Phone contact with parent/guardian and client -Basic case management DelawareThe Be Proud Foundation - Delaware; MediaBe Proud Foundation

Summer Enrichment (Vacation Education): Some schools in the County offer non-credit enrichment courses over the summer break. These courses are designed to broaden the students experiences, keep minds and imaginations active, and offer peer interaction. Subjects that may be offered include: computers, cartooning, music, babysitting, chess, foreign languages, photography, etc. Some schools offer school social worker services.     Valley Youth House - Attendance Support CounselingTIP is provided to identified schools and supported through the United Way and other donation dollars at no fee to the family.
