    Tax Counseling for the ElderlyThe American Association of Retired Persons (AARP) Tax-Aide Tax Counseling for the Elderly program is administered by the AARP Foundation in cooperation with the Internal Revenue Service. The program provides free personal income tax counseling and tax form preparation to middle and low income taxpayers, with special attention to those age 60 and over.
