UGI GAS Customer Assistance Program (CAP) - SLHDAThe CAP (Customer Assistance Program) offers personalized monthly payment amounts based on gross income, household size, and energy usage at the property. CAP Program arranges a reduced payment plan for UGI-Penn Natural Gas customers who are eligible and have an active UGI-PNG account. Customers must have a verifiable source of income on which the CAP payment is based. Part of the customer agreement with UGI-PNG is that the customer apply for LIHEAP (Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program). Veterans Multi-Service Center - Supportive Services for Veteran Families - VMC - CoatesvilleSSVF provides comprehensive Supportive Services to very low income Veterans and their families who are currently experiencing homelessness or are at risk of losing their homes. Resources include case management, housing counseling, legal support, credit repair and financial planning services, and time-limited, temporary financial assistance. Eligible veterans may receive time-limited financial assistance for rent, utilities, and security deposits. SSVF offers short-term case management that links Veterans with resources within the Veterans Administration and the community with the ultimate goal of stabilizing veterans in housing.
