ADA Complementary Service | This type of transportation can be used for any kind of trip; medical appointments, shopping, recreation, senior centers and more.
Door-to-door service for qualified persons - It means the driver will give you, the passenger, whatever assistance you want and need, up to the door of the location where you are traveling. The driver cannot take a wheelchair up and down steps, nor go in to a building in search of a passenger.
The service is shared-ride in nature. That means that you will likely be riding with others, and that other individuals may be picked up and dropped off before you reach your destination. We try to make sure that the trip takes no longer than one hour, but the trip will take longer than if you were going by yourself, so passengers need to plan accordingly.
