    Community Outreach ProgramStitches of Love is a 501(c) (3) not-for-profit Corporation serving as a community outreach of volunteers that provide for infants, children and families where babies are born into difficult circumstances, born prematurely, or fetal demise. Our support is given through community hospitals, pregnancy centers and children’s homes by providing hand-made items. Stitches of Love was conceived and grew through Providence Presbyterian Church (PCA), Quakertown, Pennsylvania, in the spring of 2003, with three individuals. It has grown through various churches in many different states throughout the U.S. Our organization now has several hundred members. We strive to meet the needs where other means are not accessible by providing: - Afghans, quilts and blankets for newborns - Matching caps - Toddler or sibling blankets - Burial clothing for preemies too weak to sustain life or stillborn babies - Fetal bereavement clothing - Layettes - Isolette Covers - Sweaters - Dolls - Chemo caps - Other custom items upon request Lehigh*Main Site (Stitches of Love)Stitches of Love
    Compassion CenterLow-cost clothing, bedding, linens, toys, books & other household items available to all. Offers free food and clothing to those in need on Wednesday at 10 am when we have chapel services. Must attend chapel service to receive free items. Two complete outfits, 1 pair of shoes, 1 coat as needed per season, undergarments (if available), and a bag of non-perishable food items. May receive free assistance every 30 days.     United States Coast Guard - Coast Guard Mutual Assistance: General Assistance ProgramCoast Guard Mutual Assistance (CGMA) provides essential financial aid to the entire Coast Guard family, chiefly through financial counseling, short-term interest-free loans, financial grants, referrals, and other related means. General Assistance may be provided when unexpected events or expenses cause a serious financial burden and financial need is demonstrated. CGMA General Assistance differs from CGMA Emergency Assistance because the qualifying circumstance does not immediately endanger personal well being or require urgent help. Certain eligibility and assistance restrictions apply, and are outlined in the CGMA Manual. Examples of Authorized General Assistance:
