Under a contract with the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare's Office of Social Programs, Liberty Resources-Allentown provides the services of the Community Services Program for Persons with Physical Disabilities (CSPPPD) to consumers living in Berks, upper Bucks, Carbon, Lehigh, Monroe, Northampton, and Schuylkill Counties.
