    Housing Options ProgramThe Housing Options Program is a federally funded program from the Department of Housing and Urban Development HUD. The program provides financial assistance in the form of a housing choice subsidy to people who are homeless in Chester County who also have a confirmed disability. Applicants for the program must be referred through an agency participating on the Local Housing Options Team LHOT.     Housing Resource CenterHousing Resource Center (HRC) serves as a central location for coordinated housing crisis response for the families and individuals who are homeless or at-risk for homelessness in Montgomery County.
