Description of ServiceOutpatient substance abuse treatment services including medication assisted treatment for detoxification and maintenance for opioid dependence.

Intake ProcedureFree screening, walk-in/no appointment necessary Monday to Friday 9:00am to 4:00pm. Initial intake appointment will be scheduled with therapist, followed by appointment for evaluation by program physician to determine eligibility.
Intake RequirementsValid photo ID; drivers license or PA state issued ID card. Must complete intake assessment that includes physical examination, state and federal mandated laboratory analysis and meet with Medical Director.

Hours of Operation Office: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
Methadone clinic: Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 6:00pm
Saturday, 6:00am to 10:00am and by appointment
Sunday and Holidays, 8:00am to 9:30am
