Description of ServiceLicensed psychiatric evaluation, medication management, psychotherapy (individual, family, group) and psycho-education for children 6 years and older, adolescents and adults. Psychiatric outpatient clinic.

Intake ProcedureFree screening, walk-in/no appointment necessary Monday to Friday 9:00am to 4:00pm. Initial intake appointment will be scheduled with therapist, followed by appointment for evaluation by program physician to determine eligibility.
Intake RequirementsValid photo id; drivers license or PA state issued ID card for medication assisted treatment.
