Description of Service
Provides individualized service coordination of behavioral health treatment for adolescents and their families who are involved in the Juvenile Justice System. Plans, implements and coordinates structured services focused on specialized case management, intensive behavioral health treatment and advocacy. Monitors all services to ensure that child and family needs are met. Works in collaboration with Juvenile Court, WPIC, Shuman Detention Center, the Academy Program, and the local probation and CISP offices to coordinate linkages to behavioral health services within the adolescent's community. Also assists adolescents and their families in accessing resources within the adolescent's home, school and community.
