General Information
Description of ServiceIdentifies high-risk children / adolescents and, with their families, develops and implements a plan for mental health services and service alternatives within their community. Service coordinators plan, implement and coordinate services focused on intensive behavioral health treatment and advocacy. The LIFE Project monitors all services to ensure that child and family needs are met; and will also be available to assist clients and their families in accessing resources within the client's home, school and community.
