Description of Service
Halfway house for non-violent adult males with a history of substance abuse who are coming out of prison and need a safe environment where they can re-integrate into society.
Services for residents include counseling, twelve-step meetings, life skills/budget training and assistance securing employment. Residents are also referred to educational, vocational, drug/alcohol and rehabilitation services in the community for additional services.
Adult, male, non-violent offenders who are currently drug/alcohol free may be referred by prison counselors, the parole system or treatment counselors. Self referrals will also be considered. Ex-offenders convicted of a violent crime, sex crime or arson are not eligible for this program.
