General Information
Description of ServiceCoordinates and administers services and resources to help older adults and individuals with disabilities to make decisions and choices about their own care and enable them to be active in their communities. PACE, PACENET and PACE Plus Medicare are Pennsylvania's prescription assistance programs for older adults, offering low-cost prescription medication to qualified residents age 65 and older.

Most services are delivered through the county area agencies on aging.
