Description of Service
Provides residential programming on a short-term and long-term basis for adults with post-acute brain injury and other neurophysiological or neurophyschological conditions. Skills associated with daily routines and developed in a natural home environment through training, supervision and functional application. Skills taught may include cooking, shopping, laundry, money management, cleaning, planning and organizing leisure activities, time management, self care, transportation and interpersonal skills. Programming emphasizes individual learning.
Lancaster, York, Chester, Dauphin, will accept clients from other areas in and outside of PA

Medically stable individuals with a neuropsychological impairment or acquired brain injury, age 18 and older

Monday through Friday, 4:30pm to 8:30am Closed weekdays between 8:30am to 4:40pm when all residents participate in the Day Treatment Program Open 24/7 Saturdays, Sundays and holidays
