Description of Service
Referrals for Wrap Around Services designed to support the child in his or her natural environment (home, school, community), with behavioral interventions overseen by a Master's Level Clinician. These intensive short-term services will work to transfer the necessary skills to the primary care-giver, and allow for the child to function with his or her natural supports. Center for Community Resources service coordinators can help initiate a referral for Wrap Around Services and also provide ongoing collaboration between the schools, mental health professionals, and service providers to ensure appropriate services for your child and family.
