Description of Service
Provides library service to people who cannot use standard print materials. Audio books and magazines, equipment to play the audio books, large print books, and described videos are available on free loan. Materials are mailed to the borrowers home in postage-free containers.

Application form which includes certification of disability by competent authority.
Serves all of Pennsylvania with audiobooks, large print books and described videos.

Pennsylvania residents of any age who are unable to read standard print materials because of a visual disability, physical disability, or physically-based reading disability may be eligible to receive this service.
