Description of Service
Individual employment plan and case management services
Schedule and attend a WIA information session. Complete a pre-application form. Meet with staff to provide eligibility information and documentation. Meet with an employer planner.

The WIA information session provides handouts on the program components and the process steps. Customers work with an Employment planner on indivdual employment plans.
English and Spanish. Others spoken via telephonic interpretation service.
Proof of citizenship or eligibility to work in the U.S. Selective services registration for males born on or after 1-1-1960. Verification of age 18 or older. Meet the definition and provide the verification source for one of the following categories: Terminated/laid off; eligible for unemployment compensation and unlikely to return to the previous industry or occupation. Permanaent closure/substantial lay off. General announcement of closure. Formerly self-employed/currently unemployed. Displaced homemaker.Employed dislocated workers are not eligible if earning 85% of pre-layoff wages
