Description of Service
Christmas Assistance program provides Christmas food and gifts for children, 0 - 12 years.
Assists needy families to ensure that children have gifts for the holiday season through programs such as the Angel Tree.
Provides Christmas Food.
Must pre-register for the programs.
MAKE UP APPLICATION DATE:
Thursday October 24th, 2019 9am - 11am.
SIGN UP DATES:
10/8/19 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm
10/9/19 from 9:00am to 11:00am
10/10/19 from 1:00pm to 3:00pm
Applications are accepted on specific dates and times leading up to the holidays. Contact the Salvation Army to confirm current year dates.
Households must provide:
1) Social Security number for head of household; last 4 digits
2) ID for all household members; driver's license, social security cards or insurance cards accepted
3) Proof in income
4) Proof of household bills
5) Needs or wants of children in household; $25 limit per child
Eligibilty determined during intake appointment.
