General Information Description of Service Cityserve is an organization of church volunteers who work on maintenance and repair projects for Centre County residents and service organizations. They strive to serve as many individuals as they can to improve lives in the community and to help local organizations. Service event is held once a year in the spring and individuals must apply for services, depending on the project they need completed. Cityserve occasionally has funds to help subsidize part of the cost of the project. Location Centre   Client Information Eligibility Serves individuals and organizations in Centre County. Clients must apply to receive services. ONLY offered once a year, typically in March or April.   Availability Hours of Operation Events are held once a year in the spring and applications can be submitted online.
