Description of Service
Provides a process for parents/guardians to engage their drug/alcohol involved child in treatment services. The intent of the service is to initially have the child undergo assessment and voluntarily enter treatment. Should the child not comply with assessment and treatment a Court Hearing will be held in front of a Judge to reinforce compliance or to Order Berks County Children and Youth Services involvement.

Eligibility
Youth must be at least 12 years of age and under the age of 18. Must be a resident of Berks County. Child must initially be non-compliant with D/A treatment or assessment.
