Provides outpatient services to adults and teens struggling with addiction issues. Services offered include:
Level of Care Assessments
Intensive Outpatient Treatment
Specialized Outpatient Groups
Medical Professionals Group
Medical Professionals Assessment
Medical Professionals Individual Counseling
Depression and Anxiety
Other Mental Health Disorders
Columbia, Montour, Snyder, Union
Building entrance, restrooms, and within the building.
Please call the intake line to schedule an appointment. Referrals are encouraged from:
•inpatient chemical dependency programs
•county drug and alcohol authorities
•employee assistance programs
•medical and personnel departments
•social service & mental health agencies
•Physicians and clinicians
•the legal system
•concerned friends and family members
The staff will work with you to explore eligibility options.
Individuals with past or present drug or alcohol abuse problems.
Clients with past or present drug or alcohol use. Must have insurance or county funding, or be willing to pay out of pocket.
Fees or Charges
Medical Assistance, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, First Priority Health Service, and most other insurances.
Hours of Operation
Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. Evenings by appointment.
