General Information
	Description of Service	Sponsored through HUD, the program secures six scattered-site, one-bedroom apartments for male and female veterans with a disabling condition, who have been chronically homeless. Assists with apartment rental costs, and provides ongoing case management and supportive services. The primary goal of the program is to assist participants to remain in permanent housing, while increasing self-sufficiency and maximizing the ability to live independently.
