Description of Service
Early Interventions services are provided to help to meet the needs of infants and toddlers who may be at risk for developmental delays. The program is a family-centered approach to arranging services for the child while helping parents understand and enhance their child's development.

- Developmental concern(s)
- Social Security number
- Medical Assistance (ACCESS) information such as recipient and card issue numbers
- Is the family aware of the referral?
Any child from birth to 3 years of age can receive early intervention services if he/she displays developmental delays in one or more of the following areas: Speech and Language, Gross or Fine Motor, Cognition, Self-Help, or Social/Emotional development.
