Description of Service
Establishes child support orders for minor children from non-custodial parents.

Complaints or petitions for modification for support orders may be filed in our office by meeting with an intake officer. Appointments are walk-in and will not be scheduled, first come first served basis. Complaints or petitions may also be completed online. Please follow all instructions for completion process online.
An individual wishing to open a case must appear in the Domestic Relations Office Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Individuals will be seen on a first come, first served basis.
An individual or attorney wishing to file a petition themselves at the Domestic Relations Office should first contact the office to determine the correct procedure.
Birth certificates and social security cards for all children, photo ID. Social Security number, date of birth, name, address, and employer information of non-custodial parent.
Any individual who has physical custody of a minor child(ren) and does not reside with one or both of the parents of the child(ren)
