Description of Service
Provides funding and administrative oversight for services in community for children from birth to age 3 who have developmental delay or are at risk for developmental delay. Services include special instruction, speech therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or other family-centered services to promote child development. Services provides in home or a day care setting.

Children birth to age 3 who live in Lebanon County who have a developmental delay or at risk of developing a delay. Delay is defined as 25% delay of the child's chronological age or 1.5 standard deviation below the mean in the following developmental domains: cognitive, communication, physical, social/emotional, and adaptive/self-help. Child can also qualify if they have been diagnosed with a medical condition that places them at risk for delays such as down syndrome, autism, vision or hearing impairment.
