Description of Service
Day program that provides services for homeless individuals and families, case-management, computer access, phone, laundry and shower facilities.
Provides a year round Emergency Shelter for families which operates at local churches. Transportation to and from the churches is provided from the resource center.
Individuals sleep in local churches on 4 inch mats each evening. Individuals must be able to walk and get up and down independently.
Telephone, walk-in. Must report in person to Lebanon County Christian Ministries to pick up NCIC form, take NCIC form to police station which checks for open warrants. Individual takes completed form back to Lebanon County Christian Ministries for intake. Intake takes about one hour.

Valid picture ID
Families and individuals experiencing homelessness, specific requirements apply. No one with open warrants or charges related to arson, sexual crimes, violent crimes, Megan's law, or arson will be housed in shelter. Case Management staff will assist in finding other placement if ineligible.
