Description of Service
Case management services:
- Team case management services are provided with other human service agencies to assist any person who is deaf or hard-of-hearing who is unable to advocate for himself or herself to get needed services (such as housing, mental health services, emergency crisis management, health care, etc.)
- Consultation services regarding legal rights and responsibilities in service provision to deaf persons as outlined by state and federal laws.
- Consultation/Advocacy for parents of deaf children regarding their educational rights
