General Information
Description of ServiceCIT program is a community partnership of law enforcement, first responders, mental health professionals, individuals with a mental illness and their families. The goal of the program is to help persons with mental illness access medical/behavioral health treatment rather than place them in the criminal justice system due to illness-related behaviors.
