Description of Service
Assists individuals that are supported by our facility to become as independent as possible. Provide opportunities for learning in areas such as daily living (i.e. cooking, cleaning, hygiene), employment skills, computer skills, communication, sensory, community involvement, volunteering, and much more. Transition services for age 14-21, Adult training for ages 18-59, Seniors program for age 60 and up.
Call or Contact Supports Coordinator or School District for referral.
Must have a diagnosis of an intellectual disability and complete all necessary intake paperwork/meetings
English, Sign Language and person specific communication
Ages 14 and up, accept Consolidate/PFDS/OBRA waiver, private pay, school funding.
