Description of Service
Serves as coordinator with county, state and federal agencies to mitigate the effects of disaster emergencies. Services include: Provide service that aids in the control of hazardous materials. Provides public education on actions to take during emergencies. Assists both public and private entities in developing mitigation plans to lessen the impact of disasters through hazardous identification and risk assessment. Help to develop evacuation plans in the case of emergencies.
