Description of Service
Monthly box of food for those age 60 and over who are at or below 130% Federal Poverty Level. To be distributed at local food pantry.
This food package contains the following:
-4 cans of vegetables
-2 cans of fruit
-2 bottles of juice
-2 boxes of cereal
-2 boxes of lowfat milk
-1 canned meat
-1 non-meat protein (i.e., peanut butter or dried beans)
-1 carbohydrate (i.e., macaroni, rotini, spaghetti or rice)
-Instant Milk provided 6 times a year, in addition, participants will receive a two-pound block of low-fat cheese
26 counties in Central PA - door-to-door delivery to other food pantries.

Verification of ID, Age and Address (Driver’s License, Passport, Picture ID Card, etc.)
Verification of Household Income: Total gross income of all household members (W-2, previous year’s tax return, Social Security Award Letter, etc.)
Low-income, senior citizens
Must be age 60 years or older and be at or below 130% Federal Poverty Income Guideline
