Description of Service
TRACE is a unique one-year work readiness program developed by The Arc of Luzerne County, designed to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and autism prepare to successfully enter the workforce. Students enjoy campus life while learning about themselves, how to achieve their career goals, and gain experience through apprenticeship in a local company.

Must meet all eligibility requirements to be considered for program.
Must have transportation to program Monday through Friday during business hours
people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (ID/D)
minimum age is 18, must have completed high school, must have satisfactory completion of a life skills assessment at the basic level for self-care, safety and decision making
