Description of Service
Westmoreland Community Action, Permanent Supportive Housing - Pittsburgh Street House Program (PSH-PSH) is designed to assist chronically homeless, mental health consumers in securing housing. It aims to provide low-cost housing to mental health consumers in Westmoreland County, as well as, assistance through Housing Supports. The PSH-PSH community living building has living space for 8 tenants.

Client Information
Eligibility
Be at least 18 years of age,
Have a mental health diagnosis,
Have four or more episodes of homelessness within the last years or have been continuously homeless for one year or longer,
Be able to perform daily living skills independently,
Pay monthly rent,
Be willing to meet the Housing Supports Case Manager on a regular basis.
