Description of Service
The YWCA advocates for the health and wellness of women and girls.
Yoga for Health:
Learn easy to follow yoga poses, relaxation exercises and mindful breathing intended to bring balance to mind, body and spirit. You will learn simple stretches to improve muscle tone and strength.
Learn the fundamentals of Tai Chi including the first part of form and how it is applicable to daily living. Tai Chi is a wonderful health maintenance program for all ages.
Girls' Field Hockey, Women's Bowling League and Kid's Yoga are also offered through the YWCA Westmoreland County.
