General Information
Description of Service
Program meets unique transportation needs of elderly and disabled individuals. By addressing a transportation barrier, enables elderly and disabled individuals to have access to destinations that meet their critical health and quality of life needs. A fleet of wheel-chair accessible vans are used to provide scheduled transportation for qualified participants. Service is provided Monday through Friday from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm throughout the Wyoming Valley.
