Description of Service
Receives and processes complaints of alleged discrimination, including but not limited to, discrimination in employment, housing, education, public accommodations and lending. In addition, familial status is a protected class in the area of housing.
To File a Complaint:
Complaints must be filed with the PHRC Regional Office serving your county as listed below.

Publishes a brochure on recognition and prevention of sexual harassment in the workplace. Whenever ANY question arises, please refer directly to the Human Relations Commission for determination. Client needs to be able to prove discrimination to the Human Relations Commission. If the Human Relations Commission accepts the claim, the employer, landlord, whoever claim is brought against, must then prove that they HAVE NOT discriminated. Has the legal authority to hold public hearings, issue orders, and take its decisions to court.
The Commission also publishes brochures on Interviewing, Effective Disciplinary Action,Effective Performance and Employment Information and Resources for Employees with Disabilities.
