CASC offers Silver Sneakers classes on Mondays and Wednesdays. The 10:00 AM class is Silver Sneakers Classic. This is a standing class that includes cardio and strength training exercises. The 11:00 AM class is seated, and is great for folks just getting back into fitness, or, who would like a little less of a rigorous class.
