Description of Service
Community Social Services is designed to help address community members’ short-term and long-term needs through helping them attain public benefits (e.g. income, rent, utility, and food stamps). Completing applications for UESF,TAP,LIHEAP,CAP.
Walk - in services for morning. If working and need pm hours please call for appointment.
Photo ID for all household members over 18.
Social Security Cards for all members of household
Income verification for all household members over 18
Most recent Bill and shut off notice (UESF)
Must meet income guidelines no more than $3,500 before taxes (gross) on a family of four.
Cannot have received the UESF grant in the last 24 months.
Fees or Charges
14 per day for intake

Monday through Thursdays - 8:00 am pre-screen for documents
