Description of ServiceUnder the Developmental Disabilities Assistance and Bill of Rights Act (DD Act), DRP provides advocacy to adults and children with developmental disabilities, mental illness,Traumatic Brain Injury, etc. DRP focuses on issues such as community integration, protection from abuse and neglect, and access to community services. DRP subcontracts with ELC for all activities concerning early intervention and special education.
