Description of Service
BARC provides early intervention and early childhood services for infants, toddlers and preschoolers who are referred by either a local base service unit (birth through three) or the Bucks County Intermediate Unit (ages three through five), in home, community and classroom based programs.
Outcomes are individual to the child and family and are developed through assessment, discussion, planning, and ongoing communication. Strategies are developed to encourage progress and development in areas that may include motor development , communication skills, cognition and problem solving, play skills and/or socialization.
Services are determined by a team that supports the child and the family through individualized plans that include measurable outcomes, strategies and specifically designed instruction
